All Products sold on Elaynetech are digital goods. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed beyond your billing details for the invoice.
1. How delivery works
- Complete checkout and pay through Razorpay or another listed gateway.
- As soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment (usually within seconds), your order status becomes Completed.
- Download links appear immediately under My Account → My Purchase, and an order confirmation email with the same links and your GST invoice is sent to your registered email address.
2. Delivery time
Instant. In rare cases where a bank or UPI payment remains “pending” at the gateway, delivery happens automatically once the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes and never later than 24 hours. If your payment was debited but the order still shows pending after 24 hours, contact us with the transaction reference.
3. What you receive
- A ZIP archive containing the complete source code and documentation listed under “Files included” on the product page.
- Access to all future updates of the same Product from My Purchase, at no extra cost.
- Your license details and tax invoice, available in Transaction History.
4. Installation packages
Installation services start after you share the required access (server, Firebase, developer accounts). Typical completion time is 2–5 business days per package, excluding app store review times. We will contact you on your registered email or WhatsApp to begin.
5. Download problems
Download links are tied to your account and do not expire. If a download fails, is corrupted, or you cannot find it, log in and download again from My Purchase or write to info@elaynetech.com with your order number. We resolve delivery issues within 1 business day.
